To celebrate the very recent release HBD: A Heart Pumping Adventure, I am sponsoring a fun giveaway game!
Here is the deal:
Visit the Human Body Detectives Facebook page and post on the wall either a story ( 6 to 8 sentences) or video ( less than a minute and a half) that answers these 2 questions:
1. What is your favorite whole, colorful food? (Think red apple, yellow squash, green broccoli, blue blueberry, orange carrot – something you can pick from the ground, a bush, or a tree!)
2. How do you think that food works in your body? ( Think: the orange carrot has vitamin A, which helps you see in the dark!)
Click over to my You Tube page to see of a video example from Merrin and Pearl.
Remember.
- Have fun
- Be creative
- Be goofy
- Make us giggle and smile
The giveaway will starts today and will carry on till September first. Three amazing, unbiased people – Lisa, Julie and Kerianne – will do the judging and will announce the winner on September 3rd.
“What is the prize?” you may ask….

Contest post: ☺ I heard that the beautiful red “Tomato” is world’s most popular fruit! I’m “picking tomatos” since I want my post to be most popular! No the sweet tomato is not a vegetable, neither is her friend the pumpkin! Grocery store tomatoes don’t have much taste like home garden grown ones used too…sad but true! Tomatoes are rich in vitamins A and C and fibre, are cholesterol free and good for your heart ♥ I love “Ladybugs” they are red too and I found a really sweet wee red ladybug/tomato appetizer recipe online!
